Login to your Journeybee account and go to settings then integrations

Select Slack and click “Connect”. This will take you to a new window where you will be asked to login to your Slack workspace and enable the Journeybee integration.

How it works

  • In Slack, you can create a new partner lead by typing /journeybee in any channel or direct message.
  • You will be prompted to enter the leads details and select a partner to either send the lead to or assign the lead from.
  • Select the channel you would like the created lead to be posted in.
  • After submitting the lead, it will be created in Journeybee and you will receive a confirmation message in Slack linking directly to the lead.

Notes

  • You must be a member of the Slack workspace to create a lead.
  • If the user in Slack does not have a user account in Journeybee, they will automatically be created as an indirect user. Indirect users cannot log in or access Journeybee directly but can still create leads in Slack.
  • The integration cannot update you on leads sent in private channels or direct messages.
